Settled in Hainan Province
Three years ago, at the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Hainan special econom-
ic zones, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC, announced that China would support in building Hainan
pilot free trade zone and in constructing of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics. After that Hainan
province has become a hot land for development and entered a new era of development.
The construction of Hainan Free Trade Port depends on the two main factors, enterprises and talents. If
Hainan province wants to realize the overall development of the region, it must attract both enterprises’ in-
vestment and talents to settle down. The pre-requirement of the talents settling in Hainan is that they don’t
have no worries about the rear.
From this respect, the key to the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port is to attract talents to settle down
in Hainan province.
